The Program Coordinator will provide high quality leadership to a group of volunteers who lead an interpretive arts program in local elementary schools. The successful incumbent will be able to develop and maintain positive volunteer relationships, manage the successful evolution of the program to higher levels of service and quality, communicate the value of the program to others, and function as a member of the Development Staff Team.
