Subject: Emergency Maintenance for State IGN Router
This is confirmation that the emergency maintenance repair will happen as scheduled below.
Washington State DES has informed us that they need to perform emergency hardware maintenance on the router network equipment that connects Pierce County entities over the IGN to State resources that include; Washington State Patrol, AOC, DSHS, Secretary of State, and other State IGN users. The repair would be tentatively scheduled for today February 16, 2012 at 5:00 PM. The repair may take up to an hour.
Please respond ASAP if this down time will cause significant problems for your users or resource access. If it is deemed that we can get this scheduled for today we will send out a confirming email.
