Admirers of the written word and lovers of the literary are invited to join us on the final Monday of each month at B Sharp Café for Creative Colloquy. Our next event is set to occur on April 28th, 7pm. (706 Opera Alley, Tacoma) Come imbibe in libations or sip on roasted bean concoctions and watch storytellers do the thing they do best, narrate their tales. We will be featuring a line-up of confirmed local authors who will be reading from selected pieces of work immediately followed by an open mic. Featured authors will be updated as they are confirmed and currently include the exceptionally talented~ Alec Clayton *narrated by Christian Carvajal Jack Cameron Titus Burley J Anne Fullerton David Mucklow All scribes are encouraged to attend, whether you’re ready to read or not, to connect with like minds. Short stories and novel excerpts are encouraged but of course other prose is welcome! Reading opportunities are available on a first come, first sign up basis and authors are asked to keep content performance at 5 minute maximum stage time (aprox 1250 words in length) to allow ample opportunity for other scribes. creativecolloquy.com is a submission based literary site. It’s our aim to share Tacoma’s rich literary talents and foster relationships built upon our mutual admiration of the written word.
