FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE: November 15, 2021
___________

The City of Auburn and the Auburn Arts Commission are pleased to present the work of Ted Rigoni at the Community Center Gallery, on view November 4, 2021 - January 6, 2022.

Rigoni is an "emerging earthscape art photographer dedicated to creating subjective and interpretive images of our shared American landscape."

[A picture containing indoor, metal, engine  Description automatically generated]His exhibition, titled Oxidized!, presents "oxidized metals from the Mojave- rusted cans, discarded bolts, spiraling culverts, and other metallic objects - which seem annihilated by the gritty red rust of time. These remnants have been 'born again' thru contemporary art photographs using light, textures & micro-details, revealing beautiful metals that supported desert pioneers as they pursued life, love and riches in this unforgiving environment."
