Hi Tacoma Art Enthusiasts, I am an amateur realist artist and full time salesman, who is interested organizing a pop-up art gallery for one night in downtown Tacoma. I am sending this email to gauge interest in the community. Please reply to nathanyeager@gmail.com if you would like to take part on any level (put "99" in the subject line). What - *99 Pieces of Art on the Wall*- Goal is to exhibit 99 (smallish) art pieces all priced at $99. Style does not matter. Drinks and snacks will be provided. How - Other amateur artists, students, or professional artists submit there finished pieces to be sold that night. The artist receives $50, with the remainder going to the administrative costs, drinks, food, flyers, rental, etc. Why - It's a way to meet other artists and collectors, network, have fun, and see great art. When - I'm thinking about sometime in late May. Where - Downtown Tacoma - specific venue TBD *You can be involved!!!!!!* Please reply if you would be interested in attending, exhibiting, know of a good venue, would like to host, or have questions.
