"The Long Wait", oil/canvas, 30x32, by David Gray Dear Tacoma Art Community, Beginning in September I will be hosting a Costumed Figure Studio at our new studio location: Where: 301 Puyallup Ave. Tacoma, WA 98421 When: Most Thursdays from 6-9 PM. This may change to every Thursday if we can find a reliable monitor. What: 3 hour long pose. Models may be male or female, young or old, and will be attired in some sort of costume with a leaning toward an old world feel. Victorian, Renaissance, American pioneer, Greco-Romanesque, or Medieval costume will be the norm. Cost: $15. Cash only please. Please contact me to be placed on a notification email list. This is NOT a class but a chance to draw/paint/sculpt from life and enjoy the camaraderie of fellow artists. All safe art media welcome.
