Hi there, I am looking for the best price for a picture framer to make thirty 24"x36" picture frames in matte black. I am wanting to be able to feed my paintings to the framer over the next two months as they are completed, I have 7 paintings ready and three more that have frames already but need to have the paintings mounted in them.
