Hi Everyone,

Unfortunately when I reached back out to the State coordinator to lock in this maintenance window, he has advised that the project has been put on hold.  I will reach back out in the future when they decide they want to try this again to schedule the work.

Thanks to everyone for your flexibility in scheduling this work.

Kind regards,

Subject: WaTech Replacement of IGN Router

Hello Everyone,

We have received the request from WaTech to schedule the replacement of the IGN router located in our data center.  The date and time proposed is 3/6/2018 at 5:30am with a 1 hour change window.  Please let me know if this date and time would present an issue for your customers.

  • Impact
    *  All IGN access will be unavailable during the change window
    *  They have stated the actual work can take between 30 minutes and 1 hour
  • Reason for Change
    *  Cisco announced a defect in their ISR routers where one of the processors would die and the device would be unrecoverable.  This work is preventative maintenance to replace that device.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Kind regards,

Adam Wilhoit
