Hello Everyone,

WaTech have proposed another day for the replacement of their router at the Pierce County Data Center due to the Cisco Clock Signal issue.  We would like to perform this work on 6/7 at 6am with a one hour change window.  Please let me know if this date and time would present an issue for your customers.

  • Impact
 * All IGN access will be unavailable during the change window
 * They have stated the actual work can be completed is about half an hour, but prefer to have a 1 hour window.
  • Reason for Change
    *  Cisco announced a defect in their ISR routers where one of the processors would die and the device would be unrecoverable.  This work is preventative maintenance to replace that device.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns.

Kind regards,

Adam Wilhoit
