Anthony Gaudino will be presenting a workshop Saturday, April 19th from 10 am to 1 pm at TCC in Building 5 Room 4. Anthony has exhibited in Turkey, China, Korea, and the USA. He is currently the Ceramics studio technician at Tacoma Community College. Anthony will present a workshop showing some throwing and forming techniques, he will also discuss kiln loading and firing for atmospheric Firings. He will discuss different ways to orient your work in the kiln to enhance the design once the work is fired in a Soda, Salt, or wood fired kiln. The cost is $5.00 for TCC students and $10.00 for others. The money goes to support our Clay Club and will be used to help build our Ceramics library in the studio and other Clay Club activities. It is best to enter the campus from South 12 th St and take the left lane. Park in one of the two parking lots at the top of the rise and look for the walkway that runs North and South.
