Dear Arts Lover,

Your gift is essential to Artist Trust's ability to provide artists with resources to generate new works and training to develop their entrepreneurial skills. In turn, artists enrich our communities through their creative works.

Please donate now to show your support of our creative communityhttp://artisttrust.org/index.php/show-your-support, and take pride in the fact that you are directly responsible for the cultural vitality around our state.

Our spring fundraising drive is nearly complete and your timely gift can help provide vital services to our Washington State Artists.

Here are some highlights of your donation's effect:

  • Two weeks ago, we announced the 17 Washington State artists who will receive the Artist Trust Fellowship, an unrestricted $7,500 grant awarded to artists of exceptional talent and demonstrated ability. Meet the Artists.http://artisttrust.org/index.php/award-winners/current

  • Over 1,050 artists in Washington State attended Artist Trust career training events in 2012, a five percent increase over 2011. In total, we delivered direct service to over 8,000 artists. Many thousands more used the Artist Trust website to find new opportunities and seek out resources.

  • Career training took place in Edmonds, Ellensburg, Friday Harbor, Port Townsend, Redmond, Seattle, Spokane, Tacoma, Twisp, Vancouver and Yakima.

On behalf of the thousands of artists that are supported by Artist Trust, thank you for your support. We couldn't do it without you!http://artisttrust.org/index.php/show-your-support

Thank you,

Margit Rankin
Executive Director

P.S. Every contribution makes a difference! You can help make grants and career training possible for artists in Washington State. Please, will you take a moment right now to support art at its source? Thank you!http://artisttrust.org/index.php/show-your-support
