Effective Dec 8, the INCTPC list will be hosted in the cloud someplace. It's supposed to be transparent except for the addition of the word 'list' in the domain name for all addresses having to do with the list. So for example, to send to all subscribers, send to:
inctpc-list@list.cityoftacoma.orgmailto:inctpc-list@list.cityoftacoma.org
(old address was inctpc-list@cityoftacoma.orgmailto:inctpc-list@cityoftacoma.org)
