Jet Artist Cooperative Studio Spaces Available (1901 Jefferson Ave/UW Tacoma Campus) Two open-concept studio spaces at the Jet Artist Cooperative are available. One space is $225/month and is about 25 feet x 10 feet with a window facing North to the UW Campus and one is $150 and is a smaller triangle shape along a window also facing North. Either space may be shared. There are also two private suites on the 1st floor of this building available. One is 275 sq ft (mostly rectangle) with a nice tall window. It is $325/mo and may be shared. There other is $175/mo for a suite with a sink that is 125 sq ft. Like the shared spaces, tenant liability insurance and utilities are included with these private suites. The cooperative's mission is to provide a low-cost place for artists to work in an open-concept studio setting. Artists have access to their space 24/7 and may utilize designated shared areas (including scheduled use of a conference room for classes and sales). Please note this is not live/work space.
