Call for Artists: Community Collaborative Art Project Energize Tacoma is excited to announce a Call for Artists for a proposed community art project in 2025 that will celebrate Tacoma’s diverse and vibrant cultural landscape. We are looking for artists of various experience levels—from beginner to intermediate and expert—to contribute to this community-focused project. We are looking for artists across the following categories: - Mixed Media Artists - Fiber Artists / Textile Designers - Set Designers / Installation Artists - Furniture Upcyclers / Reclaim Artists - Visual Storytellers / Concept Artists - Sculptors - Muralists / Painters - Prop Makers / Scenic Artists The installation will be displayed at various venues across Tacoma throughout 2025, with opportunities for both paid positions and volunteer roles. Artists selected for the project will have the chance to collaborate with other creatives and local residents, making a meaningful impact through community engagement and artistic expression.
