*Creative Colloquy presents The Writer's Workshop Series: Writing for
Remembrance with Katherine Felts Wednesday, June 16 at 6 p.m. *
A workshop of self exploration through writing. Writing will be focused on
remembering, voicing your needs and desires, taking responsibility,
supporting growth, and defining self. This will be an opportunity to tell
your story and also to tell the story of how others have impacted you.
Tickets are $5 & registration is required.

*ABOUT THE INSTRUCTOR: *
Katherine Felts is a biracial/Black poet who currently calls Tacoma home.
She enjoys writing in many genres, but focuses most often on poems and
creative nonfiction. She has performed with or at: First Night Tacoma, UW
Tacoma, The People's Assembly and Creative Colloquy. She also sometimes
hosts podcasts, emcees events and panels, and leads personal development
workshops.
Creative Colloquy is a volunteer run organization, fiscally sponsored by
Shunpike. All ticket prices help CC to remain sustainable and compensates
our fabulous instructors for sharing their time and expertise.
Financial Assistance Scholarships are available to all those who wish to
participate in The Writer's Workshop Series. We aim to support our local
literary community and foster relationships built upon the mutual
admiration of the written word and provide opportunities for those who may
not otherwise be able to attend. If interested please email
