Pacific Gallery Artists (PGA) is a non profit organization founded in 1946. We welcome all interested 2D and 3D artists. We are artists that work in many different mediums, and our members range from beginners to well know artists and teachers...a very interesting mix. We meet September through June, the second Tuesday of the month, 7 PM, at the Asia Pacific Cultural Center, 4851 South Tacoma Way, Tacoma, WA (except Dec. & June when we meet at another location). We usually have a demo or hands on project at every meeting. We have a group show at least once per year, and share other artist opportunities with our members. DATE OF NEXT MEETING: Tues. October 8th TIME: 7:00 - 9:00 PM OCTOBER DEMO: Helena Poortvleit - Painting in acrylics since 1975, graduating from PLU with an art degree in 1979.
