Urban Sketchers-Tacoma

NEW TO SKETCHING/PROFESSIONAL ARTIST?

*ALL*SKETCHERS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN US---

Sketch-outing for Saturday June 7^th . 10 am-12:30 in Opera Alley in
downtown Tacoma

Meet at 10:00 in the B-Sharp Coffee House 706 Court C, Tacoma

Owners, Ruby and George Chambers of the beautifully restored Ledger
Building, where B-Sharp is located, have invited us to use their
building as 'home base' for our June sketch outing. We are being given
access to and use of many parts of the building, including the VIP
Suite, the fire escapes overlooking Opera Alley, and all sorts of nooks
and crannies indoors. If the day is nice, the Alley itself is a
marvelous sketch location...as is St. Helens St. on the back side of the
Ledger Building, with easy access from inside the building.

We'll meet again at 12:30 in B-Sharp Coffee House to share sketches and
gather for our usual group photo. (I suspect some will stay there for
lunch afterwards.)

Remember: There is free parking in the Freight House Square Parking
garages and the Link (trolley) is free (apparently until this coming
fall). The last stop on its line (Theater District) leaves you within a
few short blocks of Opera Alley.
