Rainier League of Arts members will be painting and having their art for sale on the Blue Poppy Days on May 18th at the Rhododendron Species Botanical Gardens by Weyerhaeuser Company in Federal Way, WA. Just a few of the artists from Rainier League of Arts that will be at the event are club's president, Irene Neal , Paul Langston, Mark Rogers and Dalin Wiffler will be demonstrating and showing their art during this event along with other artists from the community. Prior event brought over 600 people to see the art and the blue poppies in the fields. Photos attached are of Irene Neal, Paul Langston and glassblower artist, Dalin Wiffler.
As visitors make their way through the g arden, they’ll be treated to the sights and sounds of musical and artistic performances. Visual artists will have their works on display. A Federal Way Symphony soloist will perform in the Rutherford Conservatory.

Blue Poppy plants can be purchased also at the event. Event starts at 10AM and will close at 4PM. Event will cost $8 for adults, $5 for seniors and students, free for kids under 12 and military. For information on this event contact 253-838-4646.
