The event starts on Friday (today!), and runs through Sunday, with an amazing lineup of poetry readings, Q&A activities, & workshops that bring together so many talented poets and writers that I am truly humbled to be amongst them. This year’s winners are: Kristy Gledhill DL Fowler Tyrean Martinson Robert Lashley Carol R. Sunde Sayde Heron Hannah Throntveit Kael Moffat Ben Williams Alexandria Maureen Manalo From the seventy poets there were eight-five submissions! Beginning today (February 3rd) and through the end of summer, guests to Lakewold Gardens will be able to listen to these poets read their work by scanning QR codes placed throughout the garden. Friday events begin at 12pm with book signings by Harper Glenn and yours truly. Saturday starts at 10am with a workshop (in-person & virtual) with Christina Vega, Blue Cactus Press publisher, poet, and a 2022 Poetry in the Gardens winner.
