Hi there, My name is Meagan Krause; my partner & myself are searching for a studio workspace to rent in downtown or Hilltop area of Tacoma. We work in a variety of mediums and are looking for a space that is suitable for sewing, rug making, acrylic painting & screen printing. We are looking for roughly 200 - 400sf, this will need to be a private space that can be locked as we would like to keep our supplies there as well. We share one car between the two of us, so we are looking for a space that is accessible via bus as well. A good space would have adequate lighting, preferably from a window or two. A sink for cleaning water based paints off brushes. 24 hour access would be ideal so that we can work during our off hours of our normal 9-5 jobs.
