Franke Tobey Jones is once again in search of the talent of artists! Come November, our juried gallery of over 80 works created within the past two years will features artists age 55 or better. Entry deadline – Friday, Sept 29th This year jurors will be: MalPina Chan MalPina is an accomplished artist in several media and a curator of Corridor Gallery in Seattle. MalPina recently was honored by having her work shown in San Francisco Center for the Book. Her work has also been featured in exhibitions at the Wing Luke Asian Museum, Bullseye Gallery, Seattle City Hall, Patricia Cameron Gallery, Artxchange Gallery, Rosetta Hunter Gallery, Columbia City Gallery, and Woman Made Gallery in Chicago. Lynn DiNino Lynn is known for her whimsical animal sculpture with a welded steel skeleton created from fabric or concrete, often incorporating found objects. She also works with recycled materials on projects involving social and political observations. She is an artist, teacher, executive and event organizer, founder of Tacoma's 100th Monkey extravaganzas, Past President of Northwest Designer Craftsman and founder of the current series - Tripod Slideshows at Madera Gallery in Tacoma. Pat Shuman Pat is an artist, Sr Art Show curator emeritus and founding Senior Art Show contributor and volunteer Show Curator this year is Dayton Knipher Dayton has been an independent curator for 5 years and currently co-curates The Corridor Gallery in Seattle, WA. She is a noted photographer and has completed residencies at the Tacoma Art Museum, Centrum, and Tacoma Art Place and currently works as an Artist At Large speaker for Artist Trust.
