(Flickr Sketches from the 6/27/13 outing) *Our Next Urban Sketchers-Tacoma Outing* *Free to join; open to all skill levels.* *Bring any supplies you enjoy using for sketching---a light folding chair is nice to have but not required. * *Sunday---July 14^th : UNION STATION(1717 Pacific Ave.)* *COME JOIN US! At 10 a.m., we'll meet in the plaza next to the UW Bookstore across the street from the Union Station, for greetings and announcements. We'll disperse to sketch in the area until 12:30 and re-gather in the same plaza to share our sketches. * *RAIN OR SHINE!!* There is paid parking in the area of Union Station, and free unlimited-time parking (on some levels of the garage) in the Freighthouse Square Parking Garage. From there, hop on the free light rail located between the garage and Freighthouse Square. It goes right to Union Station. Sketchers are encouraged, but not required to join Flickr and show their sketches on the Urban Sketchers-Tacoma Flickr group site.
