We are performing maintenance on the Pierce County External network this weekend.
Description of change:

We are changing out our head end router this weekend that we use to connect to the internet and the INCPTC/IGN.

There should be no interruption of service on our INCTPC routers, so the INCTPC ring should be unaffected.

See attached diagram - nodes highlighted in RED are either changing or having a connection changed.
