Rubina Carmona Cante Flamenco classes starting in Tacoma! For the first time in its history the city of Tacoma will host regular Flamenco singing lessons with the great singer and master Rubina Carmona. Classes will meet the last Sunday of each month for 90 minutes/$25 per session. 1st class: April 27th, 4-5:30 pm at the Washington Contemporary Ballet Studio. (WCB). At the exit turn left (going south). Follow Jackson which will become Bridgeport until you get to South 27th (the 4th light after the overpass). Turn right on South 27th and go down around 3 blocks: turn into the big parking lot behind the Snack/Espresso stand called: Lefty's Shack. This is before the light on Grandview drive. When you enter the parking lot, go all the way to the back and you will see the sign with WCB on it. That is the studio.
