Saturday, June 7, 2014 Restoration event: 10:00 am - 1:00 pm Picnic: 1:00 - 2:00 pm [EarthCorps Hylebos] Join EarthCorps-Friends of the Hylebos in restoring West Hylebos Wetlands Park as part of National Trails Day, and stay for a celebratory picnic. The West Hylebos Wetlands is home to an urban hike through one of the few remaining intact peat bogs in Puget Sound. During the restoration event we will continue to restore and protect this valuable resource in Federal Way. After the work party, volunteers and community members are invited to join our Annual Hylebos Picnic, from 1pm-2pm. We will celebrate another year of great work by community members and EarthCorps-Friends of the Hylebos. ​ Let us know you're coming!
