Tacoma Academy of Fine Art will be hosting a life drawing open studio every Saturday morning, 9:30-12:30, through out the summer. This session is open to the public and is NOT instructed. Easels are provided. Bring your own paper and materials. Come join a supportive community of artists of varying experience as we draw / paint from a live model inside our beautiful studio located at 301 'A' Puyallup Ave, 2 blocks northwest of the Tacoma Dome, and next to 'Tacoma Bike'. The first session is this coming Saturday, July 28th. During this time a model will hold one pose for the duration of the 3 hours, with a 5 minute break between every 20 minute segment. Cost of each session is $15. So, here's the scoop...
