Hello Everyone, We have received the request from WaTech to schedule the replacement of the IGN router located in our data center. The date and time proposed is 3/6/2018 at 5:30am with a 1 hour change window. Please let me know if this date and time would present an issue for your customers. * Impact * All IGN access will be unavailable during the change window * They have stated the actual work can take between 30 minutes and 1 hour * Reason for Change * Cisco announced a defect in their ISR routers where one of the processors would die and the device would be unrecoverable.
