Just a little update on our Art at Work opening weekend activities. We had a record number of people come to 253 Collective gallery and browse our artworks. On Saturday Marily set up and demonstrated glass etching for everyone. We had practice pieces of glass available for anyone wishing to try their hand at etching. It was a great hit with the visitors. We will be continuing our demonstrations throughout the Art at Work month. Our next demonstration will be embroidery. Watch the schedule for the time and date. Join us for Tacoma’s Third Thursday Art Mingle on November 21 and watch glass etching starting at 6:30pm and participate with a practice piece.
