Two studio spaces at the Jet Artist Cooperative are available. One space is
$200 and the other is $225/month. Either space may be shared. Ready to get
out of the spare room or garage and get some great natural light at an
affordable rate?!

The cooperative's mission is to provide a low-cost place for artists to
work in an open-concept studio setting. Artists have access to their space
24/7 and may utilize designated shared areas (including scheduled use of a
conference room for classes and sales). Please note this is not live/work
space. Each artist needs to disclose any hazardous materials and provide
for proper storage.

The building is typically on the Art at Work Studio Tours route and
sometimes part of Artwalk/ART BUS activities.

contacting Linda (253.719.7005). Utilities and tenant liability insurance
included. A deposit will be required to secure a space. (this space works
well for visual arts/literary arts/clothing design - pls note this space is
not compatible for a music studio)
