Ground to Sound Film Festival Submission Deadline Extended to January 26, 2024 The City of Tacoma's Environmental Services Department invites local filmmakers, storytellers, and environmental enthusiasts of all ages to submit their cinematic creations for the Ground to Sound Film Festival. Cash prizes will be awarded to the top 5 entries in each category, up to $750 each.
